The Pennsylvania Department of Health has changed the school immunization regulations beginning August 2017. Please note the following information regarding attendance in the Midland Borough School District.

Beginning with the 2017-2018 school year, students will risk exclusion (unable to attend school) until the District has a record verifying that they have received all of the required immunizations. This complete immunization record MUST be submitted to your child’s school by August 30, 2017. If your child needs any required immunizations, please call your child’s physician's office to schedule the appropriate appointment. If you are underinsured and have concerns with the cost, the Pennsylvania Department of Health in Beaver County offers assistance. Please contact them at 724-774-1385 for more information.
